摘  要:以交联聚乙烯醇凝胶为载体合成了含有对氨基苯磺酸功能基的吸附剂.它们对血清中甘油三脂具有良好的吸附效果,对血清中总蛋白的吸附性能较弱.对甘油三脂的吸附性能随吸附剂功能基含量的增加而增加,随载体交联度的提高而降低.血清中致病因子的浓度影响吸附性能.A novel adsorbent for the adsorption of triglyceride(TG) was prepared by immobilizing sulfanilic acid onto the crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol based bead. The adsorption results indicated that this type of adsorbent could cut down the concentration of TG in vitro effectively, but has little effect on total protein. Its adsorption efficiency increases with increase of amount of sulfanilic acid immobilized, and decreases with increase of the crosslinking degree of polyvinyl alcohol. Serum taken from different patients also influenced the adsorption efficiency.
