摘 要:测定分析了黄土丘陵区纸坊沟流域人工林地、荒地和农地土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)、氮(MBN)、磷(MBP)、全氮、有机质和速效磷。通过最小显著差异性(LSD)评价样地之间土壤微生物生物量和养分的差异显著性。结果表明,表层土壤中,农地和荒地土壤微生物生物量和养分显著小于林地土壤;同一土地利用类型下,退耕时间越长,土壤微生物生物量和养分含量越高;在同一时期退耕条件下,刺槐林地土壤微生物生物量显著大于油松林地。在黄土丘陵区实施的退耕还林可显著提高土壤微生物生物量和土壤养分。The soil samples were collected from artifici al forest lands,abandoned land and crop land in the Zhifanggou catchment of the Loess Hilly-Gully region,and microbial biomass carbon(MBC),nitrogen(MBN) and phosphorus(MBP),total nitrogen,organic matter and available phosphorus were measured.Least significant difference(LSD) method was used to analyze the differences of soil microbial biomass and nutrients among sample sites.Results showed that soil microbial biomass and nutrients of the topsoil under crop land and abandoned land were significantly smaller than those under artificial forest lands.The soil microbial biomass and nutrients increased with the increase of restoration years.Under the similar age,the content of soil microbial biomass and nutrients of Black Locust(Robinia pseudoacacia) land were higher than those of Chinese pine(Pinus tabuliformis) and Korshinsk Peashrub(Caragana Korshinskii).The soil microbial biomass and nutrients can be improved significantly under the project of Grain for Green in the Loess Hilly-Gully region.
