摘 要:采用室内培养实验研究间苯三酚、邻苯二甲酸、苯甲酸和肉桂酸在土壤中的降解,测定了外源酚酸在土壤中的滞留时间,并对各土壤特性与降解参数的相关性作统计分析。结果表明土壤中4种酚酸含量在3天内下降速度最快,苯甲酸和肉桂酸在土壤中降解的速率相对间苯三酚和邻苯二甲酸稍慢。在土壤中加入活性炭或碳化玉米芯不能明显的降低土壤中酚酸物质的总含量,但能显著降低水溶性酚酸物质的含量。间苯三酚和邻苯二甲酸的降解主要受到土壤pH值和土壤粘粒含量的影响,苯甲酸降解的主要影响因素是pH值、活性锰和活性铁,而对肉桂酸降解影响最大的几个因素是土壤pH值、活性铁和有机质。In this paper,the degradations of phloroglucinol,phthalic acid,benzoic acid and cinnamic acid in soil were studied.The residence time of phenolic acids in the soil was determined.The correlation of the degradation parameter with some known soil properties was statistically analyzed.The results showed that the decomposing rates of four phenolic acids were highest in the first three days.The decomposing rates of benzoic acid and cinnamic acid in the soil were relatively slow.The total content of phenolic acid substance could not be reduced apparently by adding activated carbon or carbonized corncob to soil,but the content of water-soluble phenolic acid substances could be significantly reduced.Degradations of phloroglucinol and phthalic acid were affected primarily by soil pH and soil clay content,and benzoic acid degradation was affected significantly by soil pH,activated manganese and iron,and cinnamic acid was influenced by soil pH,activated iron and organic matter.
