摘　　要：针对考虑指标期望的战略外包商选择问题,提出了一种基于模糊公理设计的决策分析方法。首先,将企业决策者针对评价指标给出的语言短语形式的期望信息和专家小组针对备选战略外包商的实际绩效给出的语言短语形式的评价信息分别映射为期望范围和实际范围;然后,依据模糊公理设计的思想,计算备选战略外包商在各指标下的信息量,淘汰完全不满足决策者期望的备选战略外包商;进一步地,通过各指标信息量和指标权重的集结得到剩余备选战略外包商的信息总量,并根据信息总量的排序结果选择最理想的战略外包商。最后,通过一个实例分析说明了提出方法的有效性。To solve the strategic outsourcing vendor selection problem considering index expectation,a decision analysis method based on fuzzy axiomatic design is proposed.Firstly,the linguistic expectation information with respect to each criterion provided by decision makers of the enterprise is mapped into the expectation range and the linguistic assessment information on alternative vendors＇ practical performance provided by experts can be mapped into practical range,respectively.Then,the information contents of alternative vendors with respect to each criterion are calculated according to the ideas of fuzzy axiomatic design.The alternative vendor（s） would be eliminated if they cannot satisfy the expectation of decision makers.Furthermore,through aggregating the information contents with respect to criteria and criteria weights,the overall information contents of the rest alternative vendors are obtained to determine the ranking of the rest alternative vendors so as to select the optimal vendor（s）.Finally,a practical example is used to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
