东北铁线莲种胚后熟发育研究

摘　　要：采用石蜡切片法对东北铁线莲的种胚后熟发育过程进行了观察和研究。结果表明,东北铁线莲的种子种胚需要一个后熟过程,才具备发芽能力。完成后熟的铁线莲种子,已经分化出两片子叶、胚芽、胚轴及胚根。The paraffin-cut section method was used for studying of the embryo postmaturation of Clematis mandshurica Rupr seed in this study.The results showed that there was a development process during the seed-embryo ripening and the seed would have the ability of germination after postmaturation.The ripen seed-embryo had two cotyledons,plumule,hypocotyl and radicle.
