摘 要:通过对不同年生农田栽培人参根区土壤的不同层次主要养分和土壤酶活性进行测试分析。结果表明:农田栽培人参根区不同层次土壤有机质、全N、全P、速效P和有效K含量均为:表层>根层>底层,随着人参生长年限的延长,根层土壤有机质和全N含量逐渐减少;根层土壤中蔗糖酶、磷酸酶以及过氧化氢酶活性变化一致,都呈倒"V"字形变化,以2年生酶活性最高,随后降低;农田栽培人参根区土壤中蔗糖酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶与土壤有机质和养分元素呈显著正相关,相应的土壤酶活性可以作为衡量栽参土壤的肥力指标。This article reported the study on the activity of different layer soil enzyme and nutrient level in the different years of cultivated ginseng soil in farmland to investigate its soil fertility.The results showed:the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus and available kalium were:surface layerroot layerunderlayer respectively.The contents of organic matter and total nitrogen were gradually decreased with ginseng growth years increased;The activity of soil invertase,phosphatase and catalase showed similar changes with ginseng growth yeas increased.This change shows as the letter"V" and the activity was higher in the 2 years old ginseng soil.The activity of soil invertase,phosphatase and catalase appeared to have markedly positive correlation with soil nutrient levels of cultivated ginseng soil in farmland,the enzyme activity is possible as soil fertility sensitive biological indicator for cultivated ginseng soil in farmland.
