摘　　要：新设法人项目财务可行性分析对于投资决策科学化、规范化及减少投资失误有重要意义,但是手工进行财务评价耗费人力、物力较多,将计算技术引入财务评价系统可以在很大程度上改善这种情况。文章对评价系统的模型建立、功能结构、系统的特点等方面作了讨论和阐述。The analysis of the financial feasibility of newly established legal person possesses important significance for the scientification and standization of investment decision and reducing investment mistakes.However,carring out financial evaluation by hand costs too much human and material resources.And introducing computing technology into financial evaluation system may improve the situation to a large extent.This paper discusses and explains the model foundation,function structure,system features and other aspects of the evaluation system.
