摘  要:1前言哌嗪(piperazine)是典型的六元环对二仲胺结构,是一种重要的医药中间体,可制造驱虫药、镇痛药、抗结核及抗菌类药物。哌嗪也可制成染整助剂、硫化促进剂、防腐剂、抗氧剂、稳定剂等,广泛应用于纺织、橡胶、精细化工等各个领域[1-5]。据文献报道...In the presence of ammonia, piperazine was produced from monoethanolamine at lowpressure by gas-solid continuous catalysis reaction. The catalyst is , which contains NiO65~78%, CuO 15~25%, Cr2O3 2~10% and small quantity of Co and W. The reactor is a plug-flowfixed-bed, with 1 m in length and 20mm in diameter.The results show that ammonia is important for as the environmental gas, which can prevent theoccurrence of deamination and be good the production of piperazine. There is an optimal concentrationof NH3 The optimal operation conditions are: T=256℃ P=0.90MPa, NH3/MEA(mol/mol)=5.63,and .
