摘　　要：文章结合国内外经济发展态势和作为战略性资源的有色金属本身的特性,就湖南有色金属工业发展的战略定位和发展思路进行探讨研究。Combined with the economic dynamic development home and abroad,and nonferrous metals＇ own characteristics,this paper discussed on the strategic positioning and development thought according to the development of nonferrous metals industry in Hunan province.
