中细纤度家蚕新品种“苏秀×春丰”的育成

摘　　要：利用杂交育种及系统选择的方法,育成了具有中细纤度特色的4眠性家蚕新品种苏秀×春丰。经江苏省家蚕新品种实验室鉴定和农村生产试验表明,新品种孵化、眠起、上蔟齐一。实验室鉴定成绩为万蚕茧层量、万蚕产丝量分别比对照品种菁松×皓月提高1.02%和1.28%,茧丝品质性状也优于对照品种,其中茧丝长1525m,解舒丝长1186m,解舒率77.78%,茧丝纤度2.646dtex,洁净93.94分。新品种具有茧丝纤度细、茧丝长、茧丝纤度综合均方差小的特色,适合缫制细纤度高品位生丝。2010年4月该品种通过江苏省蚕品种审定委员会审定,可作为华东地区优质原料茧生产的实用家蚕品种。A new silkworm variety ＂Suxiu×Chunfeng＂ with characteristics of tetra-molting and middle-fine filament size for spring rearing was bred by means of hybridization breeding and pedigree selection.The results of laboratory identification and rural productive test in Jiangsu Province showed that the larvae were uniform in hatching,molting,and mounting.Compared with those of the control （Jingsong×Haoyue）,cocoon shell weight and cocoon filament weight per 10 000 larvae increased by 1.02% and 1.28%,respectively.Cocoon filament quality of the new variety was also superior to the control variety.Its cocoon filament length was 1 525 m,length of non-broken cocoon filament was 1 186 m,reelability was 77.78%,filament size was 2.646 dtex,and the neatness was 93.94 points.The new variety was characteristic of superfine filament size,long filament length,and low deviation on filament size,being suitable for producing high quality raw silk.The new variety has passed the evaluation by Jiangsu Silkworm Variety Evaluation Committee in April 2010 and is ready for being reared in East China areas to produce high quality raw cocoons.
