摘 要:阐述了动态膜技术在大庆217试验站三元复合驱采出污水处理中的试验情况,通过研究跨膜压差对出水水质的影响以及进水水质对过滤周期的影响,探究了该技术处理三元污水的适应性。研究结果表明,动态膜过滤技术比常规过滤技术处理效果好;动态膜过滤装置不改变原水特性,处理后的水可用于再次驱油,降低注采成本;该装置无需大量反洗水,处理方便,最大限度地减少了水资源的浪费,也大大减轻了工人的劳动强度。动态膜过滤技术在三元复合驱以及低渗油田水处理方面具有较高推广应用价值。The experiment of the treatment of the sewage produced in ASP flooding at Test Station 217 of Daqing Oilfield with the dynamic membrane technology was expounded.The adaptability of the technology was explored by studying the effect of the transmembrane pressure differential on the outflow water quality and the effect of the inflow water quality on the filtration cycle.The result shows that the treatment of the dynamic membrane filtration technology was more effective than that of the regular filtration technology without changing the properties of the original water.The processed water could be used for oil displacement again,thus reducing the costs of injection and recovery.There was no need to use large amounts of backwash water and the treatment was convenient.The waste of water resources was reduced to a minimum and the workers' operating strength was greatly reduced.The device is of great value for spread and application in water treatment of ASP flooding.
