摘  要:阐述了张紧器的结构和工作原理,研究了基于变频电动机驱动的恒张力控制系统和实施方案,提出了基于压力、速度闭环控制的恒张力控制方案和基于压力门限值控制的恒夹紧力控制策略。在上述研究的基础上,开发出150kN原理样机并进行试验验证。结果表明,电驱式张紧器恒张力控制系统具有振幅小、稳定时间短的特性;控制系统的关键因素与铺管(缆)船的运动特性有关,通过控制界面增加增益P和动态偏差cn的设定值,可提高控制系统的响应特性,减小超调量,缩短稳定时间。The structure and operating mechanism of the tensioner was expounded,the variable-frequency motor drive-based constant-tension control system and implementation scheme were studied and the constant-tension control scheme on the basis of pressure and speed closed-loop control and the constant clamping force control strategy on the basis of threshold value control were formulated.On the basis of the above research,the 150 kN principle prototype was developed and verified by the experiment.The result shows that the constant-tension control system of the electric drive tensioner was characterized by small amplitude of vibration,and a short time-period of stability.The key factor of the control system was related to the kinematic property of the pipelaying ship.The response property can be improved,the overshoot can be reduced and the time of stability can be shortened through controlling the increased gains of the interface p and the set value of dynamic deviation cn.
