油水井带压作业油管验管堵塞器的研制及应用

摘　　要：为了解决油水井带压作业的实际问题,提高堵塞的成功率及施工效率,研制了油水井带压作用油管验管堵塞器。该堵塞器集验管与封堵于一体,并在检验出油管的漏点位置后,在漏点上方进行封堵,1次即可完成验管与封堵施工,提高了施工效率;利用该堵塞器还能有效解决因油管结垢、结蜡或井口闸门开不全而导致投堵遇阻问题,实现了小直径下液压锚爪的锚定及堵塞器的上提、下放。现场应用表明,该堵塞器可对油管井况进行有效地判断和封堵,应用效果良好。To solve the practical problem of oil-water well's snubbing operation,improve the success rate and efficiency of plugging,a tubing testing plug was developed.The plug combines tubing testing and plugging,and it conducts plugging in the upper part of the leakage point of tubing.It could complete tubing testing and plugging one time,thus improving operating efficiency.The testing and effective plugging of the tubing's corrosion position could be conducted,and the barrier to tripping-in of the plug caused by tubing scaling,paraffinning or not fully opening of the wellhead gate could be effectively handled,achieving the anchoring of the hydraulic fluke and the plug's pulling and lowering.The field application shows that the plug can make an exact judgment on tubing well conditions and carry out effective plugging.
