流量变化对散热器散热量影响的研究

摘　　要：对常用的几种散热器进行了热工性能的检测试验,测试了其在不同流量和温度下的散热量,得到了散热器的散热量与温差和流量的函数关系,确定了不同类型散热器在不同水流量下的流量修正因数,得出了流量修正因数主要受容水量的影响,流量修正因数与容水量成反比的结论。Performs experiments of thermal performance of several radiators commonly used.By measuring the heat release under different flow rates and temperatures,obtains the functional relation among the heat release,temperature differences and flow rates,and determines the flow rate correcting factors of different radiators in different water flow rates.Concludes that the flow rate correcting factor is mainly affected by the water capacity of radiators with an inverse proportional relation.
