云南烤烟外观质量综合评价及指标间的关系分析

摘　　要：以云南烤烟仿制样品为材料,根据GB2635—1992烤烟分级标准及有关研究结果,对37个等级烟叶外观质量进行了综合的量化评价,并运用相关分析、聚类分析和主成分分析法对外观质量各项指标进行了分析.结果表明:烟叶的成熟度与外观各项指标都呈极显著或显著正相关,成熟度是烟叶外观质量的中心因素;油分、色度和身份可以作为烟叶评价的一类综合指标,颜色、成熟度、叶片结构可以作为烟叶综合评价的另一类综合指标.运用快速聚类分析法对烟叶样品外观指标综合评价,按等级分成4类.该分类结果基本符合现实中的分类效果,可为卷烟工业合理利用烟叶资源提供技术依据.Yunnan flue-cured tobacco samples were used as materials.According to GB 2635-1992 and related research,the appearance quality of 37 grades tobacco leaves were evaluated synthetically.Appearance quality indicators were analyzed by correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal components analysis.The results showed that leaf maturity was very significantly positively or significantly positively correlated with appearance quality.Maturity was a central factor in the quality of tobacco leaf appearance.Oil,color and indentity can be regarded as one type of indices to evaluate tobacco leaf,and the color,matarity,leaf structure can be regarded as another type of indices.Tobacco leaf sample could be classified into four ranks by fast clustering analysis.The results were similar to the reality classification results.This research could provide technical basis for reasonable industrial production of cigarettes.
