通腑醒神法对中风急性期患者意识状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通腑醒神法对中风急性期患者意识状态的影响及临床安全性。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组采用西医基础治疗,并使用通腑醒神胶囊安慰剂;治疗组采用西医基础治疗合通腑醒神胶囊。在治疗前及治疗后第3天、第1周、第2周4个时点观察患者神志清醒时间及疗效,评估GCS评分、NIHSS评分的变化。结果:①治疗组死亡11例,对照组死亡12例,两组比较死亡率无统计学意义。②治疗组平均清醒时间为12.41h,对照组为15.87h,两组比较治疗组明显缩短(P<0.05)。③GCS评分上,第3天治疗组评分优于对照组(P<0.05),第7天两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。④NIHSS评分上,第7天治疗组评分优于对照组(P<0.05),2周后两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:通腑醒神法在中风急性期能有效改善患者意识状态,缩短患者清醒时间,并在一定程度上改善患者的预后,提高患者生存质量,值得临床上进一步推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of Tongfu Xing sh en method on the consciousness in patients with acute stroke and its clinical sa fety. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and contro l group, 40 patients in each group. The control group were treated with Western medicine and with Tongfu Xingshen Capsule as the placebo; while the treatment gr oup with Western medicine combined with Tongfu Xingshen Capsule. The consciousne ss-woken time and efficacy were observed to assess the changes of GCS and NIHSS score at 4 time points： before the treatment, and the third day, the first week , the second week after the treatment. Results： ①11 people died in the treatmen t group, 12 people died in the control group, there were no statistic significan ce in death rate between two groups. ② The average recovery time in the treatme nt group was 12.41 h, that was 15.87 h in the control group, the time in the tre atment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈 0 .05 ）. ③ As to GCS score, the treatment group was better than the control grou p on the third day （P〈0.05）, there showed no significant difference between two groups on the 7th day （P〉0.05）. ④As to NIHSS score, the treatment group was superior to the control group on the 7th day （P〈0.05）, there showed no significant difference between two groups two weeks later （P〉 0.05 ）. Conc lusion： Tongfu Xingshen method can improve the state of consciousness of patient s in the acute stroke, shorten patients’ recovery time, and to some extent, imp rove patients’ prognosis and increase patients’ life quality, which is worthy of further application.
