摘  要:研究了以镀铋膜电极替代镀汞膜电极测定锡的微分电位溶出分析法(DPSA),考察了测定锡的条件。结果表明,在富集电位为-1.2 V,清洗电位为0.50 V,草酸浓度为0.15 mol/L,CTMAB浓度为6.0×10-5mol/L的条件下,锡在镀铋膜电极上可产生灵敏的微分电位溶出峰,峰高与锡浓度在0~100.0μg/L范围呈线性,溶出电位为-0.54 V(vs.SCE),共存的铅不干扰锡的测定。建立的方法已用于矿区土壤中锡的测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.4%~8.7%,加标回收率在98.5%~110%间。The determination of tin by differential potentiometric stripping analysis(DPSA) was studied using bismuth film electrode to replace mercury film electrode.The determination conditions were investigated.The results showed that tin could generate sensitive differential potentiometric stripping peak on bismuth film electrode under the following conditions: enrichment potential of-1.2 V,cleaning potential of 0.50 V,0.15 mol/L oxalic acid,and 6.0×10-5 mol/L CTMAB.The peak height showed linearity to the concentration of tin in the range of 0-100.0 μg/L.The stripping potential was-0.54 V(vs.SCE).The coexisting lead did not interference with the determination.This method has been applied to the determination of tin in soil of ore locus with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of 2.4 %-8.7 % and the standard addition recoveries of 98.5 %-110.0 %.
