摘  要:以无底单室电解池作采集器,待分析的大面积不锈钢材做阳极,铂网做阴极进行电解使不锈钢样品逐层溶解。根据电解原理和Faraday定律计算被溶解试样的质量,结合电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速测定了大面积不锈钢样品表层中的Fe、Cr、Ni、Mn含量。对电解条件进行优化,选择了待测元素的分析谱线和光电倍增管工作的负高压。在优化的条件下测定了304和430奥氏体不锈钢样品表层的Fe、Cr、Ni、Mn含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差在4.2%~9.8%之间(n=6)。The stainless steel samples were dissolved layer-by-layer by electrolysis using bottomless single-chamber electrolytic cell as collector,the large-area stainless steel as anode,and platinum gauze as cathode.On the basis of electrolysis principle and Faraday law,the mass of dissolved sample was calculated.Through combining with the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),the content of Fe,Cr,Ni and Mn in large-area stainless steel surface layer were rapidly determined.The electrolytic conditions were optimized,and the analytical lines of testing elements and the negative high voltage of photomultiplier were selected.Under the optimized conditions,the content of Fe,Cr,Ni and Mn in surface layer of 304 and 430 austenite stainless steel sample was determined with the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6) of 4.2 %-9.8 %
