摘　　要：强制拆迁已成为当前的社会热点事件,"补偿标准不公平,拆迁方信息不公开、操作不透明,以及民意诉求渠道不畅"是造成拆迁矛盾的主要原因。妥善处理拆迁中碰到的种种问题,不仅关系到公民财产权益的保护,同时也关系到社会稳定。当务之急的解决办法是制定一部"以人为本,以社会为本,程序正当,规范执法"的《拆迁法》。Abstract： The compulsive demolition has become the current social focus incident.＂Unfair compensation standard,not public information on the demolition side,opaque operation and impeded channel of the public opinion appeal＂ were the main reason caused the contradictory of demolition.To resolve all sorts of questions happening in the process of demolition was not only related with the protection of the citizen property rights and interests,but with the social stability.The urgent solution was to draw up a＂Demolition Law＂ which is people-oriented and society-oriented,procedure of which is justice,execution of which is regulative.
