送纸机构主轴复合材料模态分析的线性等效研究

摘  要:送纸机构主轴是由钢材料和橡胶材料复合而成的,其动态特性直接影响到印刷精度。利用ABAQUS和COSMO-SWORKS对送纸机构主轴进行线性等效模态分析,计算出前10阶固有频率和振型,并与实际模型仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:该等效方法具有较好的精度,能够满足工程的需要。The material of main shaft of paper advance mechanism is a kind of composite material which is formed by steel material and rubber material.The dynamic characteristic of the main shaft affect accuracy of printing directly.Mode analysis of equivalent linearization for composite material main shaft of paper advance mechanism was studied by ABAQUS and COSMOSWORKS,and primary ten order frequencies and modes of vibration were calculated by contrast with those of actual model.It is verified that the method has a good precision and meets the requirement of engineering field.
