摘  要:针对液力偶合器勺管控制的特点,提出一种以高速开关阀作为先导阀的高速电液执行器,建立其数学模型,并根据实测参数采用AMESim软件对系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:该电液执行器具有非常好的动态性能,能满足偶合器现场控制的要求。该系统已成功应用于某公司石灰窑风机转速控制系统中。A high-speed electro-hydraulic actuator was presented according the control characteristics of spoon of fluid coupling,which employed high-speed on-off valves as pilot valves.The mathematical model was built,and with measured parameters,the system was simulated using AMESim.The simulation results show that the electro-hydraulic actuator has eTPellent dynamic performance,which can satisfy the field control requirements of fluid coupling.The system has been successfully applied to the speed control system of the tail exhaust fan in the lime kiln of some company.
