摘  要:通过对腐植酸铈盐溶液与5种菌株作用实验研究,提出腐植酸铈盐溶液抑菌能力强于简单稀土铈盐(如Ce(NO3)3),测定的最低抑菌浓度>1×10-2~1×10-3mol/L,最低杀菌浓度为>1×10-2~2×10-3mol/L;柠檬酸铈盐溶液不能抑制实验菌株的生长,相反,刺激菌株,表明两种配位体与Ce3+的络合方式截然不同。因此,作者预测腐植酸铈盐有可能成为一种低毒、特效的临床广谱抗菌剂。By studying the interactions of cerium humic complex with five experimental bacteria,we could see that the ability of bacteriostasis for cerium humic complex was much stronger than that for simple cerium salts (e.g.Ce(NO 3) 3).The determined minimum bacteria inhibiting concentrations were >1×10 -2 ~1×10 -3 mol/L,and the minimum bactericidal concentrations were >1×10 -2 ~2×10 -3 mol/L.Another experiment of bacteriostasis indicated that cerium citrate did not inhibit the growth of bacteria,on the contrary,stimulated the growth of bacteria.The difference between the interactions of cerium humic complex and cerium citrate with five experimental bacteria suggested that the complexing mode of two multidentate ligands with Ce 3+ were different from each other.Thus,the author of this paper predicted that it is possible that cerium humic complex would be a low toxic,specific and extensive antiseptic clinically in the future.
