佐芬普利治疗轻中度高血压的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂佐芬普利治疗轻中度高血压的效果及安全性。方法采用随机、双盲对照研究方法,设马来酸依那普利分散片为对照药物,入选病人67例,其中佐芬普利组48例,马来酸依那普利组19例。两组分别服用佐芬普利15~30mg,马来酸依那普利10~20mg,每天1次,疗程8周。结果与治疗前相比,两组在治疗2、4、6、8周SBP与DBP均下降（P〈0.05）;与马来酸依那普利组相比,佐芬普利组治疗2、4、6、8周末,SBP与DBP下降差异均无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论每天服用佐芬普利片15~30mg 1次,能显著降低轻、中度双期高血压患者的血压且安全,患者依从性好。Objective To evaluate the results and safety of angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitors of Zofenopril in the treatment of mild-and moderatehypertension.Methods A randomized,double-blind control statistical research method was used.Enalapril Maleate Dispersible Tablets was taken as control drug.67 patients were enrolled in this study,of which 48 patients in the Zofenopril group,19 patients in the Enalapril Maleate group.Each patient in the Zofenopril group was given oral Zofenopril 15～30mg,in the Enalapril Maleate group took oral Enalapril Maleate Dispersible Tablets 10～20mg,once daily,8 weeks for a cycle.Results Compared to those before treatment,the two groups in SBP and DBP decreased significantly at weeks 2,4,6 and 8 after treatment（P0.05）.Compared to the Enalapril Maleate group,SBP and DBP decreased not significantly in the Zofenopril group at the ends of weeks 2,4,6 and 8（P0.05）.Conclusion Taking oral Zofenopril 15～30mg,once daily,can safely and efficiently decrease the blood pressure in patients with mild-and moderate-hypertension,and patients have good compliance.
