摘　　要：针对线材表面预处理生产线的要求,进行了10kW/20kHz感应加热电源的整体设计。介绍了主电路的详细参数设计和基于DSP的控制系统设计,经过试验,样机能可靠地实现输出功率的连续可调和输出频率的自动跟踪,满足生产要求。This paper introduces the design of the 10kW/20kHz induction heating power supply which for surface pretreatment production line of wire.The design of the main circuit parameters and the control system based on DSP is introduced.After testing,prototype can be reliably achieve the continuous adjustable of power output and the automatic tracking of output frequency,to meet production requirements.
