三种方法联合治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方卡力孜然酊、窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合斯奇康治疗白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法将入选的196例白癜风患者按就诊时间顺序随机分为4组:A组49例,外用复方卡力孜然酊;B组49例,给予外用复方卡力孜然酊和NB-UVB治疗;C组49例,予复方卡力孜然酊联合斯奇康治疗;D组49例,给予复方卡力孜然酊、NB-UVB与斯奇康联合治疗。4组患者疗程均为12周,疗程结束,比较4组患者的疗效。结果 196例中184例完成试验,疗程结束时D组的有效率为77.3%,明显高于A组(37.5%)、B组(68.9%)和C组(61.7%),差异有显著性意义(P均<0.05),B组(68.9%)和C组(61.7%)也明显高于A组(37.5%),有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B、C两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方卡力孜然酊、窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)与斯奇康联合应用治疗白癜风,产生协同效应,安全性好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Kaliziran Tincture Combined with Narrowband Ultraviolet B Phototherapy and BCG - PSN in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 196 patients with vitiligo were divided into four groups randomly. The patients of group A were treated by kaliziran tincture, Group B was treated with Kaliziran Tincture （as Group A） and Ultraviolet B Phototherapy, The patients of group C was treated with Kaliziran Tincture （as Group A） and BCG - PSN, Group D was treated with Kaliziran Tincture Combined with Narrowband Ultraviolet B Photntherapy and BCG - PSN, The four groups all received three months course of treatment. Results 184 patients had finished the treatment and follow - up. After being treated for three months, The difference of the total effective rates among the four groups. The effective rate of group D was 77.3%, significantly higher than group A （37.5%） and B group （68. 9% ） and C（61.7% ）, the difference was significant （ P all 〈 0.05 ） ; B groups （68.9%） and C group （61.7 % ） was significantly higher than A group （ 37.5 % ） were statistically significant P 〈 0.05. However, the efficiency of B, C groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of vitiligo with the kaliziran tincture, NV - UVB and BCG - PSN to produce synerglstie effects, good safety, low side effects, and which should be popularized.
