摘  要:智能电网建设中的一个重要方面是解决以风能为代表的可再生能源发电的接入问题。风力发电逐渐以大型风电场的形式并入电网,给电网带来各种影响。由于风力发电具有动态和随机的特性,它给电网运行的电力电量平衡、调峰调频及备用、电压及无功控制、潮流及稳定性、电能质量和二次系统等方面带来影响。由于电网常规设计和运行中未特别考虑风电接入的影响,因此为了适应风电接入并满足原有的电网运行标准,需要对电网的运行控制进行一些相应的调整。研究风电接入对电网运行的影响及相应措施,对于更好利用风力发电有重要的意义。One important aspect of constructing smart grids is to solve the problem of integrating renewable energy generation,such as wind power generation,into power grids.Wind power generation has the trend of being integrated to power grids as the form of large-scale wind farms,which influences on power grids.This paper discusses in general terms the problems which are encountered by the developers of wind power generation projects and by power grids when dealing with projects to integrate wind farms to power grids.The influence includes balance of generation and consumption,frequency and active power control,voltage and reactive power control,reserve management,power flow,stability,power quality,secondary system due to the characteristics of dynamic and stochastic performance of wind power generation.Since the power grids were not designed specifically to accommodate this type of generation,there are inevitably some points at which modifications must be executed if existing standards of electricity supply are to be maintained.It is important to analyze the influence and relating countermeasures for utilizing the wind power more efficiently.
