摘  要:在体外试验以及预试验的基础上,通过对日粮中添加HMTBA、杆菌肽锌和益生菌,考察蛋氨酸羟基类似物(HMTBA)在正常情况下以及沙门氏菌CVCC518攻毒情况下对肉鸡肠道微生物的影响。将300只雄性健康AA肉鸡随机分为5个处理日粮组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。试验期为42天,分为前期(1~21天),后期(22~42天)。结果表明:正常组中,各处理日粮都不同程度的改善了肉鸡小肠各段环境。HMTBA显著降低了十二指肠pH值(P〈0.05),抗生素还显著降低了肉鸡的盲肠pH值(P〈0.05)。攻毒组中,各处理日粮都不同程度的改善了肉鸡各各生长阶段的小肠段微生态环境。Based on vitro study and preliminary test adding HMTBA,bacitracin zinc and probioties in animal feed,the object is to inspect the effect on intestinal mieroecology in normal and challenged broilers with salmonella CVCC518. 300 newly hatched male AA broilers free of Salmonella Pullorum were randomly allotted to 5 treatment groups with 6 replicate boxs per treatment and ten birds per box. This trial lasted for a period of 42d,which was divided into 2 steps, 1 -21 days and 22 -42 days. Results showed that intestinal microecology environment was improved by all the dietary treatment compared to the NC treatment in the two groups. Compared to the NC treatment, pH of duodenum was significantly decreased by HMTBA supplement ( P 〈 0.05 ), pH of duodenum was significantly decreased by Probiotic ( P 〈 0.05 ). DLM + Probiotic treatment enhanced performance results compared to DLM treatment, giving equivalent results to HMTBA alone.
