孕妇生活事件量表的编制和信效度分析

摘　　要：目的 编制用于孕妇的生活事件量表,建立定量评价该群体心理健康的标准化评定工具.方法 先由588名孕妇根据个人感受和理解,对每个生活事件进行评分,计算出每项事件的平均分.再由292名产妇在量表上选出妊娠期实际发生的生活事件,通过已求出的事件均值计算出实际应激总量.同时填写社会再适应量表、生活事件量表、自测健康评定量表和症状自评量表（SCL-90）,并在3周后进行重测,以分析量表信、效度.结果 本量表包含了53个项目,有较好的信效度,Cronbach＇α系数为0.750,重测信度为0.360～0.813,效度为0.377～0.879.结论 孕妇生活事件量表具有较好的心理测量指标,可用于实际研究.Objectives To construct a life events scale.for pregnant women and establish a standardized tool to quantitatively assess psychological health of them. Methods 588 pregnant women were asked to score every life events according to their experience and cognition, and mean scores of each life events as items of the scale were calculated. Then 292 parturient women were asked to cross out the life events in the scale that occured during pregnancy and actual quantity of stress of them was calculated with the mean score of each life events calculated. Meanwhile, the paturient women were asked to fill in Social Readjustment Rating Scale, Life Events Scale, Self-Rate Health Measurement Scale and Syndrome Checklist 90 （ SCL-90）. 3 weeks later the parturient women received retest to test reliability and validity of the scale. Results This scale included 53 items. The reliability and validity of it meet the requirement of statistic measurement. Its Cronbach＇ a was 0. 750, the retest reliability varied from 0. 360-0. 813. The validity varied from 0. 377 to 0. 879. Conclusion Life Events Scale for Pregnant Women has satisfactory psychometric items and can be used in practical research.
