论我国人口老龄化背景下社区体育的发展对策

摘　　要：人口老龄化是世界性的问题,随之产生的一系列问题如老龄人口身体健康问题、心理失落问题等也引起了人们的广泛重视。本文采用文献资料法和因素分析法,以体育为视角,阐述了参与社区体育对于老龄人口的积极意义,以及目前社区体育发展中存在的不足,并提出了相应的对策。The aging of population is a world problem,and a series of following problems such as the health and psychological problems of aging population have been paid a great attention.From the view of sports and with the methods of literature consultation and factor analysis,this article elaborated the positive significance of community sports on the aging population and the existing insufficiency of community sports development,thus proposed some corresponding countermeasures.
