摘 要:从绝缘特性、系统运行经验、过电压作用等方面出发,分析了设备放电的可能性。发现设备放电故障的原因是从铁路电力系统外侵入的强电磁干扰引发异常过电压所致。按照电工理论,提出在嘉峪关变配电所入口处安装多谐抑制器和多谐阻尼器。该措施实施结果表明:消除了异常过电压,效果良好,保证了设备安全运行。Starting from aspects of insulation performance,system operation experiences and over-voltage functions etc.,analyzes the possibilities of equipment discharging. It is found that the abnormal over-voltage is caused by the high voltage electromagnetic interference intruded from the power systems other than those of the railways. In accordance with the electric engineering theory,it points out to install multi-harmonic suppressor and multi-harmonic damper at entrance of Jiayuguan substation and power distribution substation. This measure has been putting into operation and the results show that the abnormal over-voltage is eliminated,the results are good and the safety operation of the equipment is guaranteed.
