摘  要:采用反应型和非反应型紫外吸收剂对锦纶织物进行紫外线防护整理,研究了处理浴pH值和温度对紫外吸收剂在锦纶上吸附的影响,以及中性和碱性浴中紫外吸收剂在锦纶上的解吸性能,并测定了其在锦纶上的提升性和整理后织物的抗紫外性能。结果表明,紫外吸收剂在锦纶上的吸附量随着pH值的下降而升高,离子键结合对其吸附有重要影响;因紫外吸收剂分子结构小,故其吸尽率受温度的影响很小;吸附在锦纶上的紫外吸收剂的解吸量,碱性浴较中性浴多,适当提高浸渍温度和采用反应性紫外吸收剂,可提高整理效果的耐洗性;不同紫外吸收剂在锦纶上表现出不同的吸尽率、提升性和紫外防护功能,紫外吸收剂在UV-A波段的吸收程度对锦纶织物的紫外防护性能影响极大。UV protection finishing of polyamide fabrics was carried out with reactive and non-reactive UV absorbers.The influence of pH value and temperature on the adsorption of UV absorbers was studied,and the desorption properties of UV absorbers from polyamide fiber under neutral and alkaline conditions were discussed.Also,their building-up properties on polyamide fiber and the UV protection properties of the treated samples were measured.The uptake of UV absorbers by polyamide fiber was increased with decreasing of pH value,implying that ionic interactions between fibers and UV absorbers had important influence on this uptake.UV absorbers had small molecular structures,which resulted in the little dependence of their adsorption on immersing temperature.The desorption of the UV absorbers from polyamide fiber under alkaline medium was higher than that under neutral medium.The washing resistance of finished fabrics was improved by means of raising the temperature properly and employing reactive UV absorbers.Several commercial UV absorbers exhibited different exhaustion,building-up property and UV protection function.The extent of adsorption of UV absorbers in UV-A region had great influence on the UV protection performance of finished fabrics.
