深色筒子纱续缸染色生产实践

摘　　要：深色筒子纱续缸染色工艺是在第一缸染色后不排液,在其中补充一定量的新染料和助剂继续染色。按此工艺生产的续缸染色纱线与标样相比,颜色差异小,色光稳定,各项色牢度指标合格,达到染色要求。续缸染色工艺大大节约了染化料用量,降低了生产成本,减少了排放。In dark cheese standing bath dyeing,the used bath of the first vat was added some fresh dyes and auxiliaries instead of being drained out,then was used for the next batch.Compared with the control sample,the dyed yarn with standing bath featured small color difference,stable shade,and qualified color fastness.A lot of dyes,auxiliaries and costs could be saved and pollution burden on environment could be reduced.
