摘 要:目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化三黄喷雾剂中黄芩的工艺条件。方法:采用HPLC测定黄芩苷含量,以黄芩苷的吸附率、解吸率为考察指标,优选大孔吸附树脂最佳纯化工艺条件。结果:最佳大孔吸附树脂型号为SP-825;上样液浓度为0.2 g·mL-1,径高比为1∶7,最大上样量为2 BV,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱流速为3 BV·h-1,洗脱剂用量为6 BV。结论:SP-825型大孔吸附树脂纯化黄芩、栀子提取物的最佳工艺稳定、可行。Objective:To investigate the purification processes of Scutellaria from Sanhuang spray with macroporous adsorption resin. Method: The content of baicalin was measured with HPLC. The adsorption rate and desorption rate were measured to evaluate the optimal macroporous adsorption resin and the optimal purification conditions. Result: The optimal macroporous adsorption resin was SP-825. The optimal purification condition was as follows : the sample concentration was 0.2g·mL^-1 ; the diameter height ratio was 1 : 7 ; the sample volume was 2 BV; the eluant was 70% ethanol; the elution flow rate was 3 BV·h^-1; the ethanol consumption was 6 BV. Conclusion: Purification process of the extract of Scutellaria and Gardenia with SP-825 macroporous adsorption resin was stable and feasible.
