摘　　要：目的了解上海市流动人口对避孕方法预防艾滋病的认知情况及影响因素,为进一步实施干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用自行编制的调查问卷,对上海市闵行区2 001名流动人口进行避孕方法预防艾滋病认知情况调查。结果 2 001名流动人口常用避孕方法预防艾滋病感染的认知得分为（39.57±31.77）分;6种常用避孕方法预防艾滋病感染问题,回答正确率分别为男用安全套76.06%、体外射精38.63%、女用安全套33.38%、阴道海绵/隔膜/宫颈帽21.64%、输精管结扎37.03%、带消炎痛的宫内节育器32.63%;单因素分析显示,避孕方法预防艾滋病认识影响因素有年龄、婚姻状况、学历、工作场所,2007年个人平均月收入及户口性质,多因素分析结果表明,工作场所为建筑工地是影响流动人口对避孕方法预防艾滋病感染认知情况的危险因素;年龄25~34岁、未婚有性行为和已婚、初中及以上学历、工作场所为服务/娱乐场所和2007年个人平均月收入≥1 000元是保护因素。结论不同特征流动人口对避孕方法预防艾滋病知识的认知情况存在差异。Objective To understand the knowledge of contraception for AIDS prevention and to explore its influence factors among the migrants in Shanghai city for making intervention.Methods Overall 2001 migrants from Minhang district of Shanghai city were investigated with a self-compiled questionnaire.Results For the question whether the contraceptive method can prevent AIDS virus infection,the average score was 39.57±31.77.The ratios of correct answer about contraceptive method among the migrants were 76.06% for condom,38.63% for coitus interrupt,33.38% for female condom,21.64% for vaginal sponge/diaphragm/cervical cap,37.03% for vasectomy,and 32.69% for intra uterine device with indomethacin,respectively.The single factor analysis demonstrated that the influencing factors of knowledge of contraception for AIDS prevention were age（χ2=11.15,P0.01）,marital status（χ2=57.12,P0.01）,education background（χ2=19.37,P0.01）,workplace（χ2=31.36,P0.01）,average individual monthly income in 2007（χ2=10.86,P0.01）,and registered permanent residence（χ2=19.88,P0.01）.Multi-factor analysis showed that age,marital status,education background,workplace,and average monthly income of individual and family in 2007 were related factors.Conclusion There are differences in knowledge of contraception for AIDS prevention among different floating population.
