补肾益气中药对运动大鼠心脏内分泌影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益气中药和游泳训练对运动大鼠心脏内分泌的影响。方法将64只大鼠,随机分为8组,每组8只,训练组和药物组分别进行为期5周的游泳运动和灌胃补肾益气煎剂;5周后,观察不同状态下大鼠心脏心钠素和血管紧张素Ⅱ的变化。结果给药、训练和给药训练组大鼠的力竭游泳时间分别延长了37.2%,90.18%和145.55%;安静状态下,给药组心钠素含量〔(215.883±14.445)pg/mgprot〕明显高于对照组[(146.133±41.766)pg/mgprot](P<0.01);力竭运动后,给药组、训练组和给药训练组心钠素含量分别为(264.257±53.644),(219.06±32.966),(459.687±159.869)pg/mgprot,明显升高(P<0.01),给药组、训练组和给药训练组血管紧张素Ⅱ分别为(181.730±30.247),(173.5601±23.779)和(251.275±64.926)pg/mgprot,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论补肾益气中药具有增加大鼠心肌收缩力,改善冠脉循环,提高运动能力作用。Objective To study the effects of Chinese medicine for tonifying the Qi of the kidney and of swimming test on heart endocrine in rats.Methods Sixty-four female rats were randomly assigned to 8 groups.The training groups were trained with intensitve endurance swimming,and the medicine-taken groups were fed with the decoction for tonifying Qi of kidney for 5 weeks.Then the changes of heart artrial natriuretic peptide（ANP） and angiotensin Ⅱ（AngⅡ） of the rats were determined.Results The exhaustive swimming time of training group,medicine treatment group and medicine treatment plus training group were significantly long（37.2%,90.18%,and 145.55%）.In the quiet state,the ANP content of medicine treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control（P0.01）.After endurance training,the ANP content of training group,medicine treatment group and medicine treatment plus training group was significantly higher than that of the control（P0.01）.The AngⅡ content of training group,medicine treatment group,medicine treatment plus training group was significantly higher than that of the control（P0.01）.Conclusion The Chinese medicine for tonifying the Qi of kidney and swimming training have effects on the increase of myocardial contraction and the improvement of coronary circulation and exercise capacity in rats.
