艺术类高校大学生生殖健康教育干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨与评价在艺术类高校进行大学生生殖健康教育干预的效果。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法 ,选取湖北省武汉市某艺术类院校1 293名学生进行3个月的生殖健康教育干预,于干预前后采用自制调查问卷进行调查,评价干预效果。结果干预后大学生生殖健康知识、态度、行为均有提高,对于口服避孕药的副作用、其他作用及紧急避孕方法回答正确的分别有15,26,25人,正确率分别为1.5%,2.6%,2.5%;而干预前回答正确的分别为7,10,19人,正确率分别为0.6%,0.8%,1.5%;与干预前比较,干预后生殖健康态度各个指标均明显提高(P<0.01);干预后,半年内性行为发生率由8.7%降至5%,每次均采用避孕措施和安全性行为的比例均升高。结论校园讲座结合网络途径的干预模式对艺术院校大学生生殖健康教育干预效果明显、方法可行。Objective To discuss and assess the model of reproductive health education among art college students.Methods A six months reproductive health education was conducted among 1008 students in an art college in Wuhan,which included lecture and web mode.The impacts of the intervention were evaluated by comparing results of surveys before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the students＇ knowledge and attitude on sexual and reproduction were significantly improved.The correct answer rate of emergency contraception increased by 20%;the ratios of boys and girls recognizing the physical and psychological impacts of unwanted pregnancy to women increased to 83.7% and 91.2%.But the change of the reproductive health behavior was not significant.Conclusion Reproductive health education including lecture and web mode is feasible and effective to the college students.
