摘 要:在详细分析直流电压脉动对输出电压影响机理的基础上,提出载波幅值可调PWM技术。根据直流侧电压脉动的实际情况及时调整载波幅值,可以有效地抑制直流侧电压脉动造成的输出电压畸变。载波幅值可调PWM技术原理简单、实现方便,还可以降低直流侧滤波电容,对提高系统品质和功率密度有重要意义。理论分析和仿真研究得到了实验验证。Cascade multilevel converter is applied in large capacity power electronics equipment increasingly.DC link fluctuation can bring output voltage distortion of cascade multilevel converter,which can increase low harmonic component,decrease the input/output linearity and produce torque pulsation for motor load.Based on the detailed analysis of the effect on output voltage of DC link fluctuation,PWM with amplitude-adjustable carrier is proposed in this paper.This technique will adjust carrier amplitude betimes according to the actual change of DC link voltage,which can effectively restrain output voltage distortion brought of DC link fluctuation.Technique of PWM with amplitude-adjustable carrier is significant to improve system performance and power density due to its simple principle and easy implementation,and reduced demand of DC link filter capacitor.Theoretical analysis and simulation study are verified by experimental results.
