摘 要:本研究主要是对水稻的叶绿体petG-trnP片段进行PCR直接测序和序列结构的分析。结果表明,水稻的petG-trnP的序列十分保守,其间隔区全长为316bp,扣除trnW序列后的非编码区长为242bp,其中两端非编码区分别为116bp和126bp。非编码区中G+C含量在37.19%~38.02%之间。对5种水稻材料进行ClustalW等分析表明,它们的序列结构有所变异,共有7个变异位点,比例为2.89%,这预示着水稻的petG-trnP的非编码区中有着一定的系统学信息,可在分子水平上为稻属的系统关系提供一定的证据。The rice chloroplast petG-trnP fragment was sequenced and analyzed in this study.The results showed that the petG-trnP intergenic spacer was very conservative,and its length was 316 bp.The length of non-coding region was 242 bp deducting the trnW sequence,and the two ends of the non-coding region were 116 bp and 126 bp,respectively.The G+C content ranged from 37.19% to 38.02% in the non-coding region.The ClustalW analysis showed that the petG-trnP fragment structure was variable,and there were 7 variable sites (2.89%) in the non-coding region.The results indicated that the non-coding region of petG-trnP contained some phylogenetic information,and could provide the direct molecular evidence to clarify the Oryza species origin and evolution.
