摘  要:为获得优良的银杏愈伤组织无性系,采用正交试验探讨了4种外植体、基本培养基、萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)4因素4水平及银杏幼叶汁和胚乳汁对愈伤组织诱导及生长的影响。结果表明:正交试验显示4种因子影响次序是外植体>基本培养基>NAA>6-BA,其中以子叶为外植体,在培养基SH+NAA3.0mg/L+BA1.5mg/L上愈伤组织生长状态最好,诱导率达到100%和生物量达到345.5g/L;银杏胚乳汁促进愈伤组织生长,其生物量可达到545.5g/L,而银杏叶汁却抑制愈伤组织生长。Ginkgo biloba L. callus induction and growth were studied by orthogonal test of 4 kinds of explants, minimal medium, NAA (NAA), 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) four factors and four levels, and two other factors of ginkgo leaf juice and endosperm juice in order to obtain good callus clones. The experiment results showed that: the orthogonal test showed the effect sequence of four kinds of factors was explants minimal medium NAA 6-BA for callus induction and growth, of which with the cotyledons as explants in the medium SH + NAA 3.0 mg/L+BA 1.5 mg/L the callus growth state was the best of the induction rate of 100% and biomass 345.5 g/L; ginkgo endosperm juice could improve the growth and the biomass reached 545.5 g/L, but leaf juice inhibitd the growth of callus.
