摘  要:采用浓硫酸酸蚀、烫种、砂磨等不同处理方法对含羞草种子进行萌发试验,测定其发芽率、发芽势及在不同温度下的生长势,探讨含羞草种子的萌发特性。结果表明:未经处理的含羞草种子发芽率为13.6%,硬实率达60.6%;种皮是影响其萌发的主要因素,95℃1min烫种对含羞草种子萌发作用明显,发芽率、发芽势最高,分别为94.3%、92.0%;浓硫酸处理50min也可提高含羞草种子萌发,发芽率、发芽势分别为84.0%,79.7%;砂磨处理发芽率为16.3%,效果不明显;含羞草种子萌发最适温度为30℃。Germination percentage, germinating energy and the growth at different temperatures and seed germination characteristics of Mimosa pudica were tested by etch of 98% H 2 SO4, scalding method, sanding. The results showed that an un-treated seed germination percentage of Mimosa pudica was 13.6%, rate of hard was 60.6%; the main factor of affecting germination was seed coat. Seed germination percentage was increased by 95℃ 1 min hot-water treating, the germination percentage and germination energy were 94.3%, 92.0%; The germinating ability also was increased by etch of 98% H 2 SO 4 50 min treating, the germination percentage and germination energy were 84.0% and 79.7%; The germination percentage of sanding was 16.3%, the effect was not obvious; Optimum temperature of seed germination for Mimosa pudica was 30℃.
