摘 要:以贵州省黔东南州苗族侗族自治州农户调查为例,开展农户农业清洁生产技术采纳的补偿意愿实证研究。研究采用意愿价值评估法,在假设政府提供补偿的前提下进行农户问卷调查,对于农业清洁生产技术补偿机制的一些理论和实践问题做了初步探索。首先,分析了农户对于使用专用肥、秸秆还田及修建化粪池等三类清洁技术的采纳意愿;其次,明确了农户愿意接受的现金和实物两种补偿方式;第三,简单估算了农户采纳三类清洁技术希望获得的补偿标准;最后,调查了农户对于政府可能采取的推进清洁技术发展的配套政策的偏好程度。The paper carried out a case study on the survey of farmers in Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province. Research method is the contingent valuation method (CVM). The paper assumes that the government would provide compensation to farmers under the premise of survey. First analysis the willingness to accept adoption about three types of agricultural cleaner production technologies (ACPT) including of using special fertilizer, straw returned farmland and construction of septic tanks. Second clears the two compensation manners that would be accepted by farmers are cash compensation and in-kind compensation. Third simple estimates the three categories of farmers to adopt clean technologies want the compensation standard. Final investigates the degree of perceived need for farmers about the three types of supporting policies that would be implemented by the government to promote clean technology development.
