农村人口外出从业的特征及影响分析——基于福建省第二次农业普查数据的分析

摘　　要：根据福建省第二次农业普查数据资料分析表明,农村人口外出以从事经济活动为主,在年龄、性别、从事产业、受教育程度、外出时间和地点等方面显示明显的特征。同时,农村人口外出从业流动对农村与城市的经济及社会发展产生正面与负面效应也是显而易见的,合理调剂农村富余劳动力、加快了城镇化进程、促进农村社会和谐发展以及对农村和城市社会经济发展的不利影响。According to the data of second agricultural census in Fujian province, the rural population mainly engaged in economic activities when working outside rural areas. It shows obvious features on respects of age, sex, engaging in industrial, educational level, time and place to go out, etc. At the same time, it easily to see that the positive and negative effects on the economic and social development in rural and urban. Adjust reasonably the surplus labor force in the rural, speed up the process of urbanization, promote the harmonious development of rural society, adverse effects on the rural and urban socio-economic development.
