不同脂肪乳剂对肝脏术后患者肝肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察结构脂肪乳剂（STG）和物理混合的中、长链脂肪乳剂（MCT/LCT）对肝脏手术患者术后的影响.方法 将肝脏手术后患者随机分为STG组（n=64）和MCT/LCT组（n=61）,术后第l天起连续5天分别给予STG或MCT/LCT进行肠外营养,在术后第1天（POD＋1）和术后第3～5天（POD＋3～5）及术后第8天以后（POD＋8～）检测肝肾功能,并记录住院时间.结果术后STG组谷丙转氨酶（ALT）下降速率优于MCT/LCT组,在住院时间上STG比MCT/LCT缩短（P〈0.05）.结论 STG对肝脏术后患者肝功能的恢复要优于单纯物理混合的MCT/LCT.Objective To investigate the effect of structured triacylglycerols （STG） and physical mixed triacylglycerols （MCT/LCT） of hepatectomy patients postoperatively.Methods In a randomized double-blind study,the patient were divided into 2 groups： STG group （n = 64） and MCT/LCT group（ n =61 ）,each patient was given different triacylglycerols for 5 days after the operation respectively.The liver function and renal function were checked and compared on dayl （ POD ＋ 1 ） ,day3-5 （ POD ＋3-5） and after day8 （ POD ＋ 8-） postoperatively.The postoperative hospital length of stay （LOS） were also observed.Results STG group had a better result in the recovery of alanine aminotransferase （ ALT）,and had a shorter postoperative LOS （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion STG has a better effect on ALT recovery than physical mixed MCT/LCT.
