输注果糖注射液对妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后糖代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨果糖注射液对妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产术后机体糖代谢的影响。方法收集中国医科大学附属盛京医院2009年2月至2010年3月妊娠期糖尿病患者共70例。剖宫产术后应用果糖控制血糖34例(研究组),应用葡萄糖+胰岛素控制血糖36例(对照组)。记录相关资料及数据并进行统计学分析。结果研究组与对照组术后6h内的血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后应用果糖注射液血糖水平波动较小,低血糖发生率研究组(2.9%)明显低于对照组(19.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后3d内两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者术后应用果糖注射液,对胰岛素分泌无直接刺激作用,其血糖水平改变相对平缓,不易引起低血糖,有助于患者产后恢复。Objective To evaluate the effects of fructose on metabolic changes after cesarean section in gestational diabetes mellitus patients by comparing with glucose and insulin group.Methods Gestational diabetes mellitus patients after cesarean section were included and divided into the fructose group and the gluccose and insulin group（70 in all）in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University.Record and compare the data between two groups.Results In the collecting patients of gestational diabetes mellitus,there are no significant differences between the fuctose group（34）and the glucose and insulin group（36）for the serum glucose in 6 hours after the cesarean section（P0.05）.But the fluctuation of serum glucose in the fructose group is less than the other group.The incidence of hypoglycemia after the infusion of fructose is lower significantly（2.9% vs 19.4%）.There are no side effects in both groups in the next 3 days after the infusion.Conclusion The fuctose has no direct stimulation to the secretion of the insulin in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.The serum glucose changes mildly and the incidence of hypolycemia is lower after the infusion of fuctose.It conduce the recovery of the patients.
