聚甲酚磺醛液联合复方苦参洗液治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价聚甲酚磺醛液注射联合复方苦参洗液治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿的疗效。方法:64例前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿患者,随机分为两组,观察组采用聚甲酚磺醛液囊腔注射后,复方苦参洗液坐浴。对照组应用传统的造口术,观察比较两种治疗方法的治疗效果。结果:观察组32例中30例一次治疗成功,1例未愈后行囊肿摘除术。造口术32例中29例一次治疗成功,3例未愈,其中2例二次造口成功,另1例改行囊肿摘除术;结论:聚甲酚磺醛液囊腔注射联合复方苦参洗液坐浴治疗前庭大腺囊(脓)肿,成功率高,方法简单易行,治愈率与造口术无明显差异,且无需特殊设备,费用低,患者无痛苦,具有推广应用价值。Objectives：To Observe and evaluate the effect of policresulen solution injection on cyst or abscess of Bartholin’s gland. Methods： Forty patients who had suffered from cyst or abscess of Bartholin’s gland were divided into two groups randomly. Then they were respectively administered with policresulen solution injection and marsupialization to observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two treatment methods. Results： In the 20 cases of marsupialization,17 of them succeeded in the first operation, 3 of them recurred,2 of them succeeded in the second operation, and another adopted the method of diverted cyst enucleation. In the 20 cases of policresulen solution injection, 18 of them succeeded in the first operation, one adopted the method of diverted cyst enucleation. Conclusion： Policresulen solution injection treatment for cyst or abscess of Bartholin’s gland is simple and easy. There is no significant difference in the rate of recurrence and the marsupialization between the two groups. In addition,it needs no special equipments,and therefore has low cost. In a word, it has the value of popularization and application.
