摘  要:为研究废弃PET(rPET)对β-PP中β-成核作用的影响,采用不同方法制备了rPET/β-PP共混物,用DSC方法研究了不同制备方法、不同rPET与负载β-成核剂用量、熔融温度及时间,降温速率等对PP中β-成核作用的影响.结果表明,在rPET结晶后加入β-成核剂,可得到高β-晶含量的rPET/β-PP共混物;rPET含量高共混物中PP主要形成α-晶,β-成核剂用量高有利于得到β-晶;熔融温度高,熔融时间长,降温速率快,有利于β-PP-成核作用.In order to investigate the effect of recycled PET on β-nucleation in β-PP blends,recycled PET/β-PP blends were prepared by different methods. The effect of the preparation methods,the content of recycled PET and β-nucleating agent,melting temperature and time,as well as cooling rate on β-nucleation in β-PP blends were investigated by DSC. The results indicated that the blends with high content of β-PP were obtained by adding of β-nucleating agent into PP melt in which the PET has crystallized. The increased β-nucleating agent content,melting temperature and time,as well as decreased cooling rate increased the β-nucleation and the content of β-PP.
