摘 要:为降低rPET对PP的β-成核作用影响和提高共混物的β-PP含量,采用不同方法制备了PP-g-MA增容rPET/β-PP共混物,用DSC研究了不同制备方法、PP-g-MA与rPET用量、熔融温度及时间,升降温速率等对增容共混物中PP的β-成核作用影响.结果表明,在rPET已结晶的PP熔体中加入相容剂和β-CC,可制备高含量β-晶的PP/rPET共混物.虽然加入rPET降低了β-PP的β-成核作用,但加入PP-g-MA可明显提高共混物中PP的β-成核作用和β-晶含量.熔融温度高、熔融时间长和降温速率快,有利于形成β-晶.In order to decrease the effect of recycled PET on β-nucleation and increase the content of β-PP in the recycled PET/β-PP blends,the recycled PET/β-PP blends compatibilized with PP-g-MA were prepared by different methods. The effect of the preparation method,the content of PP-g-MA and recycled PET,melting temperature and time,as well as cooling rate on β-nucleation in compatibilized β-PP blends were investigated by DSC. The results indicated that the compatibilized blends with high content of β-PP were obtained by adding of β-nucleating agent and PP-g-MA into PP melt in which the PET has crystallized. Although addition of recycled PET decreased the β-nucleation of β-PP,PP-g-MA significantly increased the β-nucleation and content of β-PP in recycled PET/β-PP blends. The increased melting temperature and time,as well as cooling rate would increase the β-nucleation and the content of β-PP in recycled PET/β-PP blends.
