摘  要:采用聚烯烃接枝物对回收PET(r-PET)进行增韧改性,以滑石粉、硬脂酸钠、Surlyn8920为成核剂改善r-PET的结晶性能,ADR4370S,PMDA为扩链剂提高r-PET的分子量,考察不同配方,不同加工工艺对r-PET性能的影响,比较得出一种综合改善r-PET性能的方法.结果表明,先用0.5%的ADR4370S对r-PET进行反应性扩链挤出,扩链后的r-PET与10%的POE-g-MAH增韧剂及滑石粉、硬脂酸钠和Surlyn8920(0.5%/0.25%/1.0%)复合成核剂二次共混挤出,制得的改性r-PET冲击强度提高近1倍,弯曲强度只稍微降低,获得了一种综合力学性能优良的改性r-PET.Polyolefin graft copolymer was used to modify recycled PET (r-PET) for toughening. The combination of talcum powder,sodium stearate,Surlyn8920 can improve the crystallization as nucleating agent. ADR4370S,PMDA chain extenders were used to increase the viscosity. Effect of different formulations and processing techniques on the properties of r-PET was investigated to obtain a comprehensive improvement in the properties of r-PET. The results showed that a two-step processing can yield good mechanical properties that r-PET was first prepared by reactive extrusion with 0.5% ADR4370S,then blended with 10%POE-g-MAH,talcum powder,sodium stearate,Surlyn 8920(0.5%/0.25%/1.0%) in the extruder. The notched impact strength was increased double while the flexural strength was decreased slightly.
