摘　　要：1949-1956年间,新中国在恢复国民经济的基础上,第一个五年计划超额完成,并奠定了社会主义工业化的初步基础,这与中国共产党制定正确的科技战略是分不开的,这一时期也是我国科技发展的一个重要时期,研究这一时期的科技战略思想对我国的科技发展史具有重要意义。During 1949-1956,because of the correct technological strategy of the Party and on the basis of reconstructing the national economy,the first Five-year plan is fulfilled surpasscing the target,which establishes the basic foundation of socialist industrialization.This time is also the important period in our country＇s technology development,studying the technological strategic thoughts in this period has great significance to our country＇s technology developing history.
