泗水郡与秦汉鼎革  

Sishui County and the Transformation from Qin to Han Dynasty

摘　　要：秦代的泗水郡是楚国旧贵族及普通民众与秦朝统治者矛盾最尖锐的地区。秦末,陈胜首先在此举起反秦的义旗,当地人刘邦等起兵相应,楚贵族项梁在江东起兵后也转战于此。他拥立的楚怀王心也以彭城为都,泗水郡成为原六国贵族民众反秦斗争的中心。及刘邦、项羽先后引军入关灭秦,刘邦与项羽之间又展开了旷日持久的楚汉战争,泗水郡又成为其主要战场,著名的灵壁之战与垓下之战都在这里进行。垓下之战决定了项羽的败亡和刘邦的胜利,导致西汉王朝的建立。由此可见,秦汉之际,泗水郡的军事政治形势与秦朝灭亡、汉朝兴起有很大关系。Sishui County was an area where the conflict between the old feudal nobles of Chu as well as the masses and the ruling class of Qin was most acute in Qin Dynasty.At the end of Qin Dynesty,Chen Sheng initiated the anti-Qin Campaign and Liu Bang,as a local man,joined in the aprising.Xiang Niang,a noblemen of Chu,also moved there after the Jiang Dong uprising.King Huai of Chu wished to make Peng city the capital,so Sishui county become the center where the noblemen and the masses in the origional six states fighted against the clutch of Qin.As Liu Bang and Xiang Yu respectively led their army to conquer Qin,they started the protracted war between Chu and Han.Again Sishui county served as the major battlefield that witnessed the well-known Battle of Lingbi and Battle of Gaixia.The latter battle determined Xiang Yu＇s defeat and Liu Bang＇s victory and led to the establishment of the Western Han Dynasty.As can be seen from above,the military and political situation of Sishui county has much to do with the overthrow of Qin Dynasty and the rise of Han Dynasty.
